VILLA DUNEDIN, FLORIDA

Villa Dunedin is a stunning 4 Bed 3 Bath house which enjoys an elevated position on a corner plot at Glenbrook Resort, located only 8 miles from Disney.

Private pool
The private pool faces S.E. and is adjoined by an executive spa where you can enjoy a luxurious soak.
Should you require it there is a child proof fence which can be erected between the Villa and the Pool/Spa. If you have a baby we have provided a cot, highchair and stroller, free of charge. Older children can enjoy the use of the Playstation 2, board games, videos, dvd's and a huge selection of children's books.
To enhance your stay at our Villa we have recently added a Games Room with pool and foosball tables.
While staying at Villa Dunedin you can enjoy free local and long distance telephone calls within the US, and for those of you who can not bear to be parted from your laptop we also have a wireless hotspot, the encryption code will be supplied when the booking is confirmed.

Relax in the Formal Living Room where there is a portable CD player and a selection of easy listening CD's. Entertain yourselves in the evening by playing one of the various board games which have been provided or enjoy a book from our adult fiction selection. In the Family Room there is a 32 inch T.V., with cable channels, also a VCR, DVD and CD player with Radio. We have recently added a selection of DVD's and videos. All the bedrooms have a TV/DVD combo. Cable T.V. is available throughout the house.
In the Villa we have a folder with detailed information which provides a starting point of where to go and what to see in the area. A big plus is the Wal-Mart Super Store which is located about half a mile from Glenbrook, making shopping quick and simple.

Queen size master bedroom
This room has a Queen size bed. The decoration in this room bright and light.

A Hairdryer has been provided.
There is a 13” TV/DVD Combo which receives a range of cable channels.
There is also a Ceiling Fan/light in this bedroom. A walk in closet provides ample storage. This is where you will find the Pool towels stored.

A beautiful en-suite bathroom finishes off the room perfectly, Both the en- suite bathroom and bedroom have doors which open out on to the deck and pool.
All bed linen and towels are provided for use during your stay.

King size master bedroom
A King size bed has been provided in this room. It is a classic room with rich colours and furnishings. A Hairdryer has been provided. There is a 13” TV/DVD Combo which receives a range of cable channels.

A walk-in closet provides ample storage. Stored in this closet you will find the crib and associated bedding for your baby/toddler to use during your stay. A beautiful en-suite finishes off the room perfectly. All bed linen and towels are provided for use during your vacation.

1. room with 2 single beds
Two Single Beds means that this room is versatile and can be used by 2 adults who require their own bed or by 2 children.
It is decorated in calming colours and provides a comfortable and relaxing place to sleep.
A Hairdryer has been provided. There is a 13” TV/DVD Combo which receives a range of cable channels.
This room has a built in closet.
The third bathroom is shared between this Bedroom and Bedroom B.
All bed linen and towels are provided. for use during your vacation.

2. room with 2 single beds
Two Single Beds means that this room is versatile and can be used by 2 adults who require their own bed or by 2 children.

It is decorated with bright fresh accessories including some fun fish on the wall, a very comfortable room to sleep in.

A Hairdryer has been provided. There is a 13” TV/DVD Combo which receives a range of cable channels.
This room has a built in closet.

The third bathroom is shared between this Bedroom and Bedroom A.
All bed linen and towels are provided. for use during your vacation.

Breakfast Area
An area with a couple of stools at the breakfast bar and a table which seats 4.
Not only useful at breakfast time but handy for the children if the adults want to eat separately at the Formal Dining Table in the Living Room. This area leads into the Family Room.

Living room
Relax in the Family Room which is comfortably furnished and boasts 3 settees. A marvellous entertainment centre houses the 32 inch T.V., a DVD/VCR combo and Playstation 2 .
Also stored here are a selection of board games, both children and adult and a selection of children’s books.
A choice of DVD's and Videos have also been provided.

You will also find a music system here which will play tapes and CD’s. A variety of CD’s which cover most tastes have been provided for your enjoyment.
All the televisions in the house have cable with numerous channels.

A Ceiling Fan has been provided for your added comfort in this room.

Doors from the Family Room lead directly out on to the Pool Deck.

Lounge/Dining room
No-one can fail to enjoy the tranquillity of our golf themed Living/Formal Dining Room where you can relax with a pre dinner drink and enjoy a home cooked meal.

This room was Peter’s idea, he loves golf and we know that the sport is very popular so to that end, not only is the room golf themed but we have added a selection of Golf books from Peter’s private collection especially for your added enjoyment.

If you prefer a little background music while you are relaxing we have provided a Portable Stereo CD player in the Living Room. You will find a selection of easy listening CD’s in the Family Room.

As you will see the from the picture the Formal Dining Table is very classic and provides seating for six people..
In the Living Room one of the Settees folds down to provide a double bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen area leads into the family room and breakfast bar, it is fully equipped, including, a hob & oven/grill, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and every thing else you should need.

One of our main complaints when we stay in a Villa on holiday is a lack of certain items i.e. cutlery, glasses and large mugs (tea tastes better out of a decent sized mug!). We have put in a good amount of these items along with some extra crockery.

Leading from the Kitchen is the door to the Utility Room which in turn leads into the Garage.
In the Utility room you will find the High Chair, Washer, Dryer , Hoover, Cleaning Utensils and the Stroller. A torch has been placed here for your convenience. We would remind our guests to keep the door between the utility room and the garage locked.
